By using Monsterbat.vip and the betting IDs we provide, you agree to these terms. Effective date: January 2026.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must be legally permitted to use online betting services in your jurisdiction
• You are solely responsible for verifying your local state laws regarding online betting
• You must provide truthful and accurate information during account creation

2. Service Description

Monsterbat.vip operates as a service provider connecting Indian users to internationally-licensed online betting and casino platforms. We are not the betting platform ourselves — we facilitate ID provisioning, deposits/withdrawals, and customer support.

3. User Account Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use only one account per individual person
• Do not share, transfer, or sell your account to others
• Provide accurate financial information for deposits and withdrawals

4. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure with funds forfeited or returned:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses
• Coordinated betting (collusion) with other users
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets
• Money laundering or any other use of accounts for illegal financial flows
• Attempting to manipulate match outcomes or platform systems
• Fraudulent disputes (e.g., chargebacks on legitimate deposits)

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

• All deposits are credited to your betting ID upon payment confirmation
• Withdrawals are processed to the same registered bank account/UPI used for deposits
• Daily withdrawal limits apply: ₹2 lakh default, ₹10 lakh for verified accounts
• Withdrawals are typically processed in 5-15 minutes, with a service-level guarantee of 24 hours maximum
• Standard verification (PAN, address proof) may be requested for cumulative withdrawals above ₹2 lakh per AML compliance

6. Bets and Settlement

• All bets are subject to the partner platform's rules
• Bets cannot be cancelled or modified once placed (with limited exceptions for technical errors)
• Match results are determined by official tournament organizers
• Voided matches result in stake refunds; partial-completion rules vary by market type
• Disputed settlements should be raised within 48 hours of bet completion via WhatsApp

7. Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are offered subject to specific terms communicated at the time of offer
• Wagering requirements apply to most bonuses
• Bonus abuse (e.g., creating multiple accounts to claim) results in forfeiture
• Bonus terms can be reviewed anytime via WhatsApp

8. Limitations of Liability

• Monsterbat.vip is not liable for losses incurred through normal betting activity
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by partner platforms, network providers, or force majeure events
• We are not liable for tax obligations on user winnings — tax compliance is the user's responsibility
• Maximum liability for any service-related claim is limited to your account balance at the time of the claim

9. Tax Responsibility

Winnings from online betting are taxable in India under Section 115BBJ of the Income Tax Act at 30% (plus cess). Tax responsibility lies entirely with the user. Monsterbat.vip and partner platforms do not auto-deduct Indian taxes from withdrawals. We strongly recommend consulting a chartered accountant for accurate tax filing on betting winnings.

10. Account Closure

• You may close your account at any time by messaging WhatsApp
• Remaining balance is withdrawn to your registered account within 24 hours
• Closed accounts cannot be reopened — a new account would need to be created
• We reserve the right to close accounts for terms violations, with funds either forfeited or returned depending on violation type

11. Responsible Gaming

• We support self-exclusion (24h, 7d, 30d, permanent options)
• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits available on request
• We refer users to professional help when concerning patterns are observed

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are communicated via WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be raised via WhatsApp for resolution. If unresolved within 30 days, formal legal recourse is governed by the laws applicable to the partner platform's licensing jurisdiction.
